How information submitted through this website is handled
ALLTER MMC processes contact details submitted through this website to assess your enquiry, respond to you, and protect the service. Enquiry records are retained only while a legitimate business or legal need exists. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the website contact form
Messages sent to the website assistant may be transmitted to an AI service provider over an encrypted server-side connection to generate a response. ALLTER does not store message content in its chat log. Do not submit passwords, trade secrets, confidential business information, or special-category personal data
To prevent abuse, ALLTER stores pseudonymized technical metadata, including a non-reversible HMAC derived from IP and browser data, the response source, and the request time. Chat metadata is retained for 30 days; rate-limit records are removed under a separate short-term cleanup policy
